In order to help control your levels of inflammation eating right is key. So what is right (as far as inflammation goes)?
- Eat lots of food with a high ratio of omega 3's compared to omega 6's
- Fish, Walnuts, Grass Fed and Finished Meats

- Green tea, red wine, dark chocolate and cocoa
